Add a New Patient
Register a patient by entering their name, age, email, mobile number, and gender, then confirm the entry or cancel it.
Search for a Patient
Find a patient using their email or mobile number. The matching record displays the UHID, name, age, gender, email, and mobile details so you can verify the right person.
Book an Appointment
Schedule a visit for a registered patient and complete the booking, or cancel it if plans change.
Care Giver Assignment
Indicate whether a care giver is required by choosing Yes or No, then confirm or dismiss the selection.
