Appointment Dashboard

Manage and review patient appointments from one place. Use the filters below to narrow results by date range, status, location, or patient details, then print the report you need.

Appointment Report

Choose a reporting period and refine the list by status, location, and date range.

• Today
• Current Week
• Current Month
• Custom From Date and To Date

Status options include To Be Consulted, Cancelled, Consulted, Rescheduled, and Pending. You can also filter by location and search by date.

Report columns: Date, UHID, Patient Name, Age, Gender, Location, Status.

Add a Patient

Register a new patient by entering their name, age, email, mobile number, and gender.

• Gender: Male, Female, or Others

Search for a Patient

Find an existing patient using their email or mobile number, then review their UHID, name, age, and gender.

Book an Appointment

After locating or registering a patient, proceed to schedule their appointment. You can also indicate whether a caregiver service is required.
