Invoice Creation

Build a new invoice by entering the customer name, phone number, city, email and address. Add products with subscription, associate, class, unit cost, number of units, discount and taxes, and the totals update automatically.

Total Cost, Total Discount, Total Tax and Grand Total calculated for you
Attach procedures and prescriptions to the same invoice
Cancel, Save Draft, Save Invoice, or Save & Create Payment

Can I save an invoice without taking payment?

Yes — use Save Draft or Save Invoice, then record the payment later.

Can I create the payment at the same time?

Yes — choose Save & Create Payment to move straight into the payment step.

Drug Stock & Prescriptions

Check available medicines and add them to the prescription while billing. Items such as Ambien, Diclofenac and Ritalin show their pack size and stock so you can confirm availability before prescribing.

View in-stock drugs and add them to the prescription

Payments & Receipts

Record payments against pending invoices by cash or card. The payment screen shows the total bill amount, paid amount and amount due, along with the receipt number and received-on date.

Invoice Search & Filters

Find any invoice using the date range, product plan, customer name, city, payment status or subscription type. Results list the invoice number, subscriber name, product name, subscription type, amount, payment status, status and available actions.

Bill Cum Receipt

Open any invoice to view and print its full bill cum receipt, including customer details, invoice number and date, bill amount, amount in words, and a line-by-line breakdown of products, quantities, discounts, taxes and totals.

Print or cancel from the invoice details view
Includes round-off amount and grand total
Shows receipt details and the authorized signatory

Computer generated invoice and requires no signature.

Patient Management

Keep patient records organised with names, UHID, email, mobile number, appointment details, gender and age. Add a new patient, search existing records, or book an appointment from the same screen.
