Invoice Management Dashboard

Use this workspace to review, filter and manage subscriber invoices across every product tier. Narrow results by date range, subscription plan, product, customer, city or payment status, then run a search to load matching records.

  • Filter invoices by start and end date
  • Choose a plan: PMS Basic, PMS Specialist or PMS Advanced
  • Filter by advertisement product, customer name, city and payment status
  • Review paid, due and cancelled entries at a glance

Invoice List Overview

The invoice table displays the invoice number, subscriber name, product name, subscription type, amount, payment status, status and available actions for each record. Use the search control to refresh the list with your selected filters.

What can I filter by?
Start date, end date, subscription plan, advertisement product, customer name, city and payment status.
Which payment statuses are available?
Paid, Due and Cancel.
What does the action column offer?
Access to invoice details for the selected record.

Invoice Details and Bill Cum Receipt

Open any invoice to view its full details, including subscriber name, city, address, phone number, invoice number, invoice date, bill amount and the amount in words. The line-item table lists serial number, product, subscription, associate class, unit cost in INR, quantity, amount, discount percentage, taxes percentage and total.

  • Totals for amount, discount, tax and round off
  • Grand total for the invoice
  • Receipt details with the received sum and amount in words
  • Authorized signatory section

The invoice is computer generated and requires no signature. Use the print option to produce a copy, or close the panel to return to the list.

Is a signature required on the invoice?
No. It is a computer generated invoice and requires no signature.

Patient and Appointment Tools

Add a patient by entering name, age, email, mobile number and gender, then confirm to save the record. Search for an existing patient using email or mobile number, or look up by UHID, and review the returned name, age, gender, email and mobile details.

  • Add Patient form with name, age, email, mobile and gender
  • Search Patient by email, mobile number or UHID
  • Book Appointment and Register actions
  • Care Giver Service selection with Yes or No
How do I find an existing patient?
Enter an email or mobile number, or search by UHID, then select Get Patient to load the matching record.
What gender options are available?
Male, Female and Others.
