Appointment Management
Add and track appointments with customer name, age, gender, service name, appointment time, staff, and status. If you need to move to the PMS, confirm with Yes or No, and cancel appointments only after confirming the customer name, date, and timing.

Patient Registration & Search
Register a new patient by entering name, age, email, mobile number, and gender. Search existing patients by email, mobile number, or UHID to view their name, age, gender, and contact details, then book an appointment or register them directly.
- Add patient with complete contact and gender details
- Search patient by email, mobile number, or UHID
- Book appointment or register from the patient record
Consultation Details
View customer consultation information including patient name, MRN, age, gender, service name, consultation fees, and grand total. Print or close the details as needed.
- Review service and fee breakdown
- Print consultation summary
- Close the details window when finished
Care Giver Assignment
Assign a care giver to a patient by selecting Yes or No and confirming the care giver system choice with OK or Cancel.

- Confirm or cancel the care giver system selection
