Weekly Slot Timings
Slots run from 10:00 to 19:30 in 30-minute intervals across Monday through Saturday, grouped into Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night sessions.
Consultation Record
Capture the full clinical encounter in structured sections and save or print it when complete.
- Chief Complaint & History of Present Illness
- Physical Examination & Treatment Plan
- Vitals: weight, height, BMI, temperature, pulse and blood pressure
- Diagnosis with free text or coded entries
- Investigation with test name, test code and department
- Medication with generic name, brand name, dosage, frequency, duration, route and instructions
- Follow-Up: one week, 15 days, one month or a specific date
- Attachments, referral and signature
Consultation details show patient name, doctor name, age, qualification, gender, appointment date, registration number, appointment time, address and UHID. Use Save, Save & Print or Cancel to finish.
Caregiver System
Look up family and medical history for a patient by UHID, then submit the details to the caregiver record.

Reports & Feedback
Search appointment reports by name, mobile number, UHID or date range, and filter by status, location and period such as today, current week or current month. Print the results or view individual reports.
